Hall Forum

The Hall Forum is home to a unique Crafts Museum and to an outstanding Local Heritage Museum.

The Crafts Museum provides visitors with insights into the rural way of life, customs and traditions, and 22 original crafts of time long past.

The Local Heritage Museum provides visitors with insights into the cultural history of the area, the spa resort and of town. On display are vernacular items, traditional furnishings, and items telling the story of the Transylvanian Saxons.

The museum’s most impressive possession is the first frontdoor collection in the world.

The following special exhibitions are scheduled for the year 2007:

“The Office in Pre-Computer Times“
April 28 to October 28, 2007
„The Splendor of Traditional Costume“
June 02 to October 28, 2007

The Museum is closed from November 01 to March 31.
